What P0128 usually means on a Grand Cherokee
P0128 means the coolant never reached the temperature the PCM expected in the time it expected, so the engine is effectively running too cool. A minority of cases follow a coolant repair that left air in the system, and a failing coolant temperature sensor can mimic it.
