1. What RedlineAi is
RedlineAi (“the Service”) is operated by NXT MVMT LLC, 8735 Dunwoody Pl, Ste N, Atlanta, GA 30350 (“we,” “us”). The Service provides AI-assisted automotive diagnostic guidance for informational purposes only. It is not a repair shop, not a licensed mechanic, and does not create a professional, fiduciary, or advisory relationship. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. AI diagnostic disclaimer — read this section carefully
- Diagnoses, possible causes, recommended tests, confidence scores, urgency ratings, repair-difficulty ratings, and all cost estimates are AI-generated estimates. They may be incomplete, outdated, or simply wrong, including in ways that look convincing.
- The Service is not a substitute for inspection, diagnosis, or repair by a qualified, licensed mechanic. Always confirm before buying parts, authorizing repairs, or relying on any safety-related guidance.
- Safety guidance is not a guarantee. Statements like “safe to keep driving,” urgency levels, and safety flags are informational estimates. If you have any reason to suspect a problem with brakes, steering, tires, fuel, airbags, lights, or driveability, stop driving and have the vehicle professionally inspected regardless of what the Service says.
- You are solely responsible for all decisions about repairing, driving, or servicing your vehicle, and for anything you or others do based on Service output.
- Recall and complaint information is sourced from public NHTSA data and may be incomplete or out of date; the authoritative source is NHTSA and your manufacturer.
3. Vehicle work and the live OBD reader — assumption of risk
Vehicle repair and diagnostics can cause property damage, injury, or death. You assume all risk of working on a vehicle. The live OBD reader reads data from, and can send commands to, your vehicle’s ECU. Clearing trouble codes erases stored diagnostic data and resets emissions readiness monitors, which can cause a vehicle to fail emissions testing until drive cycles complete, and can make later professional diagnosis harder. Use these features at your own risk. Use of a third-party OBD adapter is subject to that manufacturer’s terms.
4. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for us or other users; where practical we will tell you why.
5. Plans, credits, billing and renewal
- Web purchases (Stripe): paid plans bill monthly or annually through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Monthly plan allowances reset each billing period. Purchased credit/token packs do not expire and are consumed before your monthly allowance. Except where required by law, payments and token packs are non-refundable.
- App purchases (Apple App Store / Google Play): subscriptions bought in our iOS or Android apps are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds for those purchases are managed entirely through your Apple or Google account settings — we cannot cancel or refund an app-store purchase for you.
- Trials: where offered, a trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled first. Trial usage limits may be lower than the paid plan.
- Prices may change; we will give notice before a renewal at a changed price.
6. User content
You may submit text, photos (e.g. of a VIN, part, or dashboard), vehicle data, and feedback. You keep ownership of what you submit and grant us a license to process it to operate and improve the Service (see the Privacy Policy for how). Do not submit content that is unlawful or that you lack rights to. Verified-fix feedback may be used in anonymized, aggregated form to improve diagnostic quality.
7. Affiliate links and third-party services
Some part links are affiliate links: as an Amazon Associate, RedlineAi earns from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you. Parts, videos, shops, and other third-party resources are linked for convenience; we do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party products, services, prices, or content.
8. Referral program
Referral rewards (e.g. bonus credits) are subject to the rules shown at the time of the referral, may change, and may be revoked in cases of fraud, self-referral, or abuse.
9. Acceptable use
Do not: misuse, probe, overload, or disrupt the Service; reverse-engineer or scrape it or extract bulk data; resell output as a professional diagnostic service without our written agreement; use it for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to circumvent plan limits or safety measures.
10. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) NXT MVMT LLC AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY VEHICLE DAMAGE, REPAIR COSTS, TOWING, LOSS OF USE, EMISSIONS-TEST FAILURE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR DEATH ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON SERVICE OUTPUT OR FROM WORK PERFORMED ON A VEHICLE; AND (b) OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $50 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS-ACTION WAIVER — PLEASE READ
YOU AND NXT MVMT LLC AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (AAA) UNDER ITS CONSUMER ARBITRATION RULES, AND NOT IN COURT, EXCEPT THAT EITHER PARTY MAY BRING AN INDIVIDUAL CLAIM IN SMALL-CLAIMS COURT. YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitration will be conducted in Georgia or remotely by videoconference at your election. Opt-out: you may reject this arbitration agreement by emailing redlineaiteam@gmail.com with the subject “Arbitration opt-out” within 30 days of first accepting these Terms; opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
12. Indemnity and governing law
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give notice (e.g. in-app or by email) before they take effect; the “Last updated” date always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Miscellany
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and NXT MVMT LLC about the Service. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale.
